How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that process it for PageSmithy, when you direct us to publish or share content, when required by law, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

When you publish a website, the content you choose to publish becomes publicly available at its assigned address.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, protect users, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request account deletion from your account settings. Some limited records may remain where required for security, legal, or backup purposes.

Your choices
