Terms of Service
Effective August 25, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of PageSmithy. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Using PageSmithy
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use PageSmithy only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account and for reviewing websites before publishing them.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PageSmithy a limited license to host, reproduce, modify, and process that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service at your direction.
You represent that you have the rights needed to use submitted content and that it does not violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or other rights.
AI-generated output
PageSmithy may use artificial intelligence to generate or transform content. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to content produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and confirming that published output is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your business.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful content or activity.
- Do not interfere with the service, bypass security or usage limits, access another user’s account, or probe systems without authorization.
- Do not use PageSmithy to distribute malware, spam, phishing material, or content that exploits or endangers others.
Service availability and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using PageSmithy or request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
PageSmithy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that generated content will meet every requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageSmithy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as PageSmithy evolves. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
